A large sports organisation wanted to understand its volunteers better in order to recruit and retain, so commissioned us to conduct a large scale survey and provide insights into what motivated individuals to become volunteers and what caused them to keep volunteering or leave. We were able to provide demographic information about its volunteer population and give some recommendations from our analysis.
Case Study 2: Culture and Leadership Audit
We were asked to conduct a culture and leadership audit on a large governing body to identify areas of strength, weakness, threats and challenge. We interviewed key stakeholders and provided insights into perceptions about leadership and organisational culture, which led to recommendations for change in practice.
